Hey everyone! I’m having a ton of fun doing these quick 30 Second Therapy videos. This one is on the use of CBD oil for anxiety, and I go over the five components in scientific studies that I look for before recommending supplements or medication or treatment modalities:
- Double blind studies
- Large number of participants
- Studies done over extended time periods
- Replicable studies
- Peer reviewed
Unfortunately, CBD oil simply hasn’t been around long enough to get the attention it needs to meet these standards.
Fortunately, however, it’s getting a whole lot of good press from important people, and my guess is that in a couple of years we’ll have the information we need to make better decisions about the use of CBD oil.
