When we are grieving, we can feel invisible. Our friends, our colleagues, and even our family may expect us to grieve on their schedule, not ours.
These expectations can sometime lead us into a sense of self-aggression and doubt.
Grief counseling is a place to come and be seen, and be heard, without judgement, without timetables.
